William Lynn "Bill" Snider

JENNINGS Funeral services for Mr. William Bill Lynn Snider, 71, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 5, 2011 in the Miguez Funeral Home with Brother Douglas Broyles officiating. Funeral home visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of services. Mr. Snider died at 10:39 a.m., Monday, October 3, 2011 in the Jennings American Legion Hospital. Mr. Snider was a native of Clinton, Oklahoma and a resident of Jennings since 1977. He was a graduate of the Clinton High School and attended the Okmulgee Technical College. He was a retired mechanic in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Snider was a member of the Church of Christ and he enjoyed working as a handyman. Survivors include his wife, Deanna Guillory Snider of Jennings; one daughter, Cheri S. Stover of Weatherford, OK, two step-daughters, Connie G. Patrick and husband Bob of Jennings, Angela G. LaPoint and husband Steve of Moss Bluff; one step-son, Scott A. Guillory and wife Laurie of Covington; one sister Lavergne Thomas and husband Virgil of Clinton, OK; one brother, Curtis Snider of Nacogdoches, TX; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Mr. Snider was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Daisy Muno Snider; one son, Allen Snider, and one step-son, Shannon Guillory.
