Mr. Virgil Emmitt LeJeune, 55, was born on December 6, 1966, in Crowley, LA to George and Sharlyn Bertrand LeJeune.  He passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at his residence.

Cremation has been entrusted to Miguez Funeral Home of Jennings.

Virgil enjoyed playing the guitar, drums, and music in general.  He loved his nieces and nephews like his own. He received a Master’s Degree in English Literature from Louisiana State University. He also served as a member of the Masonic Lodge #249.

He is survived by his father, George LeJeune; sister, Lucy Boothe; brother, John LeJeune; six nieces and nephews, Daniel LeJeune, Megan Goodman, Eric LeJeune, Jared Michael Chapman, Starr Nicole Boothe Cavalier, Aimee Jewell Boothe and one great nephew, Azeriel Oge Cavalier.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharlyn LeJeune.
