Funeral services for Mr. Ted W. Meyer, 46, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 22, 2014 in the Miguez Funeral Home of Lake Arthur with Bro. Brian Wells officiating.

Funeral home visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. Saturday until time of services.

Mr. Meyers body will be cremated after the service.

Mr. Meyer died Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at his residence in Sulphur.

He was a native of Lake Arthur and a resident of Sulphur. He was a draftsman at Meyer and Associates. He loved fishing, the outdoors and being on the water.

Survivors include his parents, Alfred and Maxine Norstrum Meyer of Lake Arthur; two sisters, Linda Fonger and husband Michael of Lake Arthur, LeaAnn Yancey and husband Matthew of Fort Worth, TX; one brother, Kirk Meyer of Katy, TX; one niece Lacey Herbstler and husband Jason; three nephews, Rayce Mayor of Natchitoches LA, Stuart Yancey of Austin TX and Spencer Yancey of Ft. Worth TX.
