Funeral services for Tabitha Faye Smith, 34, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 7, 2014 in the Miguez Funeral Home of Lake Arthur with Rev. LaMarylis Cotton officiating.

Burial will be in the St. Anthony Cemetery.

Funeral home visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sunday; and 8:00 a.m. Monday until time of service.

She was a resident of Lake Arthur for two years moving here from Houston, Texas. She was a patient liaison in the medical field, she enjoyed cooking, shopping with her daughter and was proud of being a volunteer paramedic. She was full of life and loved spending time with her sisters and especially her daughter.

She is survived by her daughter, Madison A. Guerrero of Lake Arthur; her parents, George Smith of Portland TN and Debi Weekly Smith of Lake Arthur; her grandmother Frances Weekly of Lake Arthur; two sisters, Catinia Kelly of The Woodlands, TX and Sharon Conkle of Montgomery, TX; one brother, Christopher Smith of Raymond, MS; three nieces, Nicole Kelly, Anna Kelly, Sunnie Conkle; four nephews, Connor Conkle, Cutter Conkle, Scott Spurlock and Noel Spurlock.

She is preceded in death by her Grandparents, Ravis Weekly and Robert and Mary Smith.
