JENNINGS 

Mrs. Shirley Fontenot Hebert, 72, died at 5:25 a.m., Thursday, January 28, 2016 in the Jennings American Legion Hospital.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00 A.M. in St. Thomas Moore Catholic Church in Eunice, LA. on Saturday, February 13, 2016. Burial will be in Savoy Cemetery in Eunice, LA.

Mrs. Hebert was a native of Eunice. She was a five year resident of Evangeline moving there from Westlake where she lived 49 years.

Survivors include her husband, Grady Hebert of Evangeline; one daughter, Angela “Angie” Dousay of DeQuincy; two sons, Jude Hebert of Moss Bluff, Kevin James Hebert of Oberlin; two brothers, McDonald Fontenot of Eunice, Napoleon Fontenot, Jr. of Crowley; two grandchildren, Douglas Ryan Dousay and Stormie Gail Hebert and a special granddaughter, Caley Shakail Stephen.

Mrs. Hebert is preceded in death by her parents Napoleon and Gertis LeJeune Fontenot.
