Ronald Joseph Fontenot

JENNINGS Memorial visitation for Mr. Ronald Fontenot, 62, will be held from 2:30 until 6:00 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2013 in the Miguez Funeral Home North Chapel. Mr. Fontenots body was cremated. Mr. Fontenot died at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 12, 2013 at his residence. He was a lifelong resident of Lake Arthur and a graduate of the Jennings High School. He was a farmer and loved to read and socialize. Mr. Fontenot is survived by two sons, Craig Fontenot and wife Sheryl of Pitkin, Russell Fontenot and wife Laura of Rosepine; two sisters, Wanda Gayle Thibodeaux and husband Philip of Broussard, Carolyn Mitchell of Jennings; one brother, Mitchell Fontenot and wife Regina of Jennings; and two grandchildren, Cayleigh Fontenot and Ashley Weathers. He is preceded in death by his parents, Russell Lee and Jackie Hormell Fontenot and one son, Chris Fontenot.
