Funeral services for Rocky Jaith Gaspard, 37, of Lake Arthur, will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jered Thomas officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Anthony Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Visitation will begin on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. and will close at 8:00 p.m.   It will resume on Thursday morning at 8:00 a.m. and continue until service time at 10:00 a.m.

Rocky was born on April 11, 1986, in Lake Charles.  He worked in the oilfield as a driller.  Rocky enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding four wheelers; in fact, he just enjoyed the outdoors.  He was hard-working and loved his family. He cherished his children.

Those left to cherish his memory are two daughters, Hailey Adams, Taylor Gaspard; two sons, Clay Alexander and Andrew Gaspard; his mother, Stephanie Klumpp and husband, Garett; his father, David Gaspard and wife Cindy; stepfather, David (LaDonna) Trahan; sisters, Chloe (Trevor) Bertrand and Cassie (Brandon) Broussard; brothers, Beau (Charlotte) Gaspard and Zackery (Gabbie Mallett) Klumpp; numerous nieces and nephews; and his grandparents, Teddy and Rosalie Duhon.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Horace and Dorothy Gaspard; Edward & Polly Trahan; and his uncle, Stephen Duhon.
