JENNINGS Funeral services for Mr. Michael Williams, 68, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2015 in the Miguez Funeral Home with Austin Spell officiating. Mr. Williams’ wishes were to be cremated. Funeral home visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of services. Mr. Williams died at 4:05 p.m., Saturday, September 12, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Williams was a native of Thornwell most of his life and a resident of Crowley. He was a cross country truck driver. He loved to hunt and play on the farm. Survivors include his wife, Debbie Fontenot Williams of Crowley; two daughters, Michelle Bertrand and husband Mike of Thornwell, Robyn LeJeune and husband Eric of Kinder; two sons, Wade Williams and wife Sonia of Hayes, Chad Williams of Lake Charles; one sister, Paula Renner of Thornwell; one brother, Thomas Williams and wife Kathy of Thornwell; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren and many great friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur Wade and Katherine Gale Thackston Williams; his first wife, Sherry Ann Trahan Williams; one sister, Dolores O’Quinn; and two brothers, Patrick Williams and Allen Williams.
