Lula Mae Lopez

JENNINGS Funeral services for Mrs. Lula Mae Breaux Lopez, 89, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 11, 2009 in the Miguez Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Evers officiating. Burial will be in Bertrand Cemetery. Funeral home visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday; and 8:00 a.m., Saturday until time of services. Mrs. Lopez died at 8:34 p.m., Tuesday, April 7, 2009 in the Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Lopez was a native of the Elton-Hathaway area and a resident of Lake Charles 57 years. She is survived by one daughter, Debra ODell of Blue Ridge, TX and grandchildren; Kimberly Patton of Westlake, LA, Greg Abshire of Sulphur, LA, Mark Lopez of Cache, OK, Dana Daigle of Gillis, LA, Steven Lopez of Baton Rouge, LA, Clarissa El-Khansa of Blue Ridge, TX, Brandon Abshire of Lake Charles, LA, Sheena ODell of Blue Ridge, TX; and 15 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Ourilian Lopez, one son, Harless Lee Lopez, one daughter, Betty Ann Abshire, and one granddaughter Amanda Bookout.
