Funeral services for Mrs. Linda Louise Lay, 77, of Jennings, will be held on Friday, September 30, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Clifton LeJeune officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Visitation for Mrs. Lay will begin on Friday, September 30, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. and continue until the 1:00 p.m. service.

Mrs. Lay was born on June 19, 1945, in Jennings to parents Burton and Elgie Fontenot Hylton.  She was a homemaker.  She was a graduate of Jennings High School in 1963.

Those left to cherish her memory are two sons, Anthony (Ginnie) LeDoux of Hathaway and Terry (Marina) LeDoux of Rayne; one brother, Danny Hylton of Jennings; eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Lay; her parents; and a daughter, Rhonda LeDoux Soileau.
