A Mass of Christian Burial for Kenneth James Clement will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 2, 2019 in the St. Lawrence Catholic Church with Rev. William Miller officiating.

Funeral home visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday; and 9:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services.  A rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel.

Burial will be in the St. Lawrence Community Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Jennings.

Ken passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2019 in Houston, Texas.

He was a native of the Jennings/Hathaway area and a graduate of Hathaway High School and USL. He was a resident of Houston and a Database and System Architect, Developer, Manager, and IT Strategic Consultant.

He was very proud of both of his children’s accomplishments.  Ken was incredibly smart and a great storyteller.

He was a great husband, father, brother, son and uncle.

Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Sayuri Domoto Clement; son, Riki Clement, and daughter, Mari Clement, all of Houston; sister, Pam (Dean) Landry of Hathaway; mother-in-law, Hiro Domoto of Japan; nieces Nicki (Cody) Guidry and Megan Landry, both of Hathaway.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee James and Rose Marie Andrus Clement of Hathaway.
