It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Keegan Brock Pierce, known affectionately to friends and family as "KP." Born on February 25, 1985, Keegan was a beacon of joy and laughter, always ready with a joke or a smile that could light up any room. He had an unmatched ability to lift spirits and brighten days, and he would genuinely give anyone the shirt off his back.
Keegan loved his children, Alyssa and Jordan, with all his heart. He was a proud father who cherished every moment spent with them. The love he had for his family was unwavering, and losing him leaves a void that words can hardly describe. All who knew him will hold onto the pictures and memories that he created with such care.
Keegan's journey was one marked by resilience; he faced battles that were often beyond his control. His spirit, however, will live on in the stories we share and the laughter he inspired.
Keegan is survived by his loving children, Alyssa, and Jordan Pierce; father, Ray Pierce; brothers, Blaise (Amanda) Hebert and Skylar Pierce; sisters, Carlie Pierce and Aubree Pierce; as well as aunts Toni Kershaw and Michelle Arceneaux, and uncles Keith (Joan) Arceneaux and Greg (Cindy) Arceneaux, maternal grandmother, Elaine Arceneaux; as well as numerous cousins.
Though he is no longer with us, KP will forever be a part of our hearts, and his legacy of love and laughter will continue to inspire all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
A memorial visitation celebrating Keegan's life will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Miguez Funeral Home in Jennings, Louisiana. Family and friends are invited to join in remembering and honoring the life of Keegan, sharing memories, and celebrating the legacy he leaves behind.
Keegan was preceded in death by his mom, Kathleen Arceneaux, maternal grandfather, Jerry Arceneaux, paternal grandmother, Francis Farrell, aunt, Debbie Roy, and uncle, Rickey Arceneaux.
