Funeral services for Mr. Jimmy LeGros, Sr., 88, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 18, 2018 in the Miguez Funeral Home with Rev. Randall Moreau officiating.

Burial will be in the Andrus Cove Cemetery.

Funeral home visitation will from 9:30 a.m. Sunday until time of services.

Mr. LeGros passed away at 10:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 13, 2018 in his residence.

Mr. LeGros was a lifelong resident of Jennings and was a retired superintendent in the oil industry. He loved to fish, hunt and talk about the oilfield.

Survivors include one daughter, Pamela (Sandra Roberts) LeGros of Rayville; two sons, Jimmy (Bonnie) LeGros, Jr. of Mermentau, Mike LeGros of Jennings; two sisters, Yvonne (Steve) Myers of Jennings, Corinna (Walter) Dugas of Lake Arthur; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Mr. LeGros is preceded in death by his parents, Placide and Lourence Martin LeGros; one sister, Leona Roy; five brothers, Placide, Jr., Oneil, Wilbert, Perry, Percy LeGros.
