Gloria Guillory

Funeral services for Mrs. Gloria Guillory, 85, of Jennings will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Michael Tadlock officiating. 

Visitation for Mrs. Guillory will begin on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. and continue until the 2:00 p.m. service.

Cremation will follow the service under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Mrs. Guillory was born on September 20, 1937, in Evangeline to Leon and Annie Rutledge Breaux.  She was a high school graduate and was a devoted wife and mother.  She enjoyed crossword puzzles, Wheel of Fortune and especially enjoyed her family and grandchildren.  She loved the Lord with all of her heart and was a devoted member of Bethel Church.

Those left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Stacey Guillory of Jennings, and Tracy (Tony) Trahan of Lafayette; two sons, Blane (Maura) Guillory of Jennings and Brett Guillory of Jennings; one brother, Wayne Breaux of Jennings; and five grandchildren, Evan, Daniel, Travis, Dakota, and Simon.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, Darrell Guillory; her parents; four sisters, Betty Darbonne, Elaine DeJean, Patricia Barnett, and Sharon Derouen; and one brother, Leroy Breaux.
