Funeral services for Mrs. Elsie H. LaBauve, 86 of Jennings will be held on Monday, February 1, 2021 at Miguez Funeral Home in Lake Arthur at 12:00 noon with Rev. Aubrey Guilbeau officiating.  Burial will follow under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home in Andrus Cove Cemetery.

A short visitation for Mrs. LaBauve will begin on Monday at 9:00 a.m. and continue until service time.

Mrs. LaBauve passed away on January 28, 2021 in Jennings.  She spent her life making a home for her husband Herman and daughter Sandy.  She enjoyed sewing blankets, crocheting, cajun cooking, canning and flowers.

Those left to cherish her memory are her precious daughter Sandy Faye LaBauve of Orange, TX; a sister, Cora Roy of Lafayette and one brother, O’neil Henry of Lake Charles.

She was preceded in death by her parents Asay, Sr. and Lillian Trahan Henry, her beloved husband Herman LaBauve and one brother Asay Henry, Jr.
