Ella Lejeune Lawrence

Ella LeJeune Lawrence, 97, of Jennings, passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2017.

Ella was born in Jennings on January 9, 1920 to Adros and Olivia Crochet LeJeune and continued to live in Jennings her entire life.

Ella enjoyed sewing in her spare time. She worked as a Nurse’s Aide and because of her outgoing personality she never met a stranger.

A memorial service for Mrs. Lawrence will be held Saturday, June 17th at 1:00 p.m. in the Miguez Funeral Home Chapel with Father Charles McMillin officiating. Burial will follow in Bertrand Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, June 17th and will continue until service time. A rosary will be recited at noon.

She leaves to cherish her memory numerous nieces and nephews.
