Funeral services for Mrs. Elaine Marie Daigle, 74, of Evangeline will be held on Monday, February 5, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Roanoke with Brother Darrell Hieronymus officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Evangeline under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Visitation for Mrs. Daigle will begin on Monday, February 5, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the church and will conclude at service time.

Mrs. Daigle was born in Midland on June 20, 1949, to Wallace LeBlanc and Eva Smith LeBlanc. She lived in the Jennings area for 52 years.  She worked for Walmart for many years, as a baker.  She enjoyed gardening and especially spending time with her family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Vincent Paul Daigle; sons, Kevin Daigle, Chance Bowring, Ellis Daigle and Brian Smith; sisters, Betty (Herman) Crochet, Joyce Cormier, Linda Veronie and Bonnie Bertrand; brother, Wallace (Mary Ann) LeBlanc; grandchildren, Kane and Riley Daigle, Gracen Smith, Mattie, JR, Shelly, John and Jeremy Daigle, Connor Bowring, and  Brianna Smith.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Dalton LeBlanc.
