Memorial services for Mr. Damie Curt LaBauve, 58, of Jennings, will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Miguez Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m with Father Bert Borel officiating. Burial will follow in St. Anthony Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

Visitation will be observed Tuesday, September 12, from 12:00 until service time at 2:00 p.m.

Mr. LaBauve died Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Lafayette General Medical Center.

He worked in the entertainment industry as a stagehand.

Mr. LaBauve was preceded in death by his mother, Jane Trahan Broussard; his sister, Gaylynn LaBauve; his step-mother, Hilda LaBauve and step-brothers, Roger Gary and Malcolm Gary.

He is survived by his father, John LaBauve; daughters, Shalyn LaBauve (boyfriend, Jordan Richard) of Lake Charles and Peyton LaBauve (girlfriend, Nikkila Carroll) of Memphis, TN; son, Ian (Kristen) LaBauve of Iowa; sister Serena LaBauve of Jennings; brothers, John LaBauve, Jr. of Duson and Shane Broussard of Lake Arthur; stepsisters Gloria Brunette and Jolane Dupont; Step Brother, Randy Gary and one grandchild, Miles, and one on the way.
