Cynthia Ann Stanford

Miss Cynthia Ann Stanford, 56, of Iota passed away on August 31, 2021 at Acadia General Hospital after a brief illness.

She was born on February 16, 1965 in Crowley to Alex Joseph and Marie Pauline Menou Stanford.  Miss Stanford work as a waitress for most of her adult life.

She loved the outdoors and was very easy going.  She enjoyed being around people and loved her family dearly.

Those left to cherish her memory are her parents, Alex and Marie Stanford of Welsh; two sisters, Colleen Stanford of Welsh and Candace Miller of Egan; three brothers, Alex J. Stanford II and Joel Travis Stanford, both of Welsh and Stephen Stanford of Lafayette.

She was preceded in death by her son Kaleb Tanner Stanford and a brother, Kelsey Stanford.

Her cremation has been entrusted to Miguez Funeral Home.
