Chad Everett Miller

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Chad Everett Miller, a beloved son, brother, father, and grandfather, who departed this life on April 9, 2026, at the age of 55. Chad was born on August 14, 1970, in Jennings, Louisiana, and spent his life in the town he loved, where he created countless memories with his family and friends.

Chad was known for his generous spirit and deep love for his family. He is survived by his devoted mother, Dorma Miller; his two sons, Riilan and Dylan (Chloe) Miller; his cherished grandson, Ryker Miller; and his loving sisters, Kimberly (Tim) Aucoin and Elizabeth (Todd) Sonnier and numerous nieces and nephews. Chad's family was his pride and joy, and he influenced their lives in ways that will always be remembered.

He loved writing and playing music, he was also an artist who found joy in painting. Chad's love for sports and wrestling provided him with countless hours of enjoyment. A man of deep faith, Chad was a dedicated Christian who cherished his relationship with the Lord. 

A private graveside will be held at Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

He will be greatly missed but forever cherished in our hearts.

Chad was preceded in death by his father Clyde Miller.
