Brian Keith Trahan Sr.

Nov 22, 1960 — Oct 16, 2026

Brian Keith Trahan Sr., also known as Pic a beloved father, friend, and passionate outdoorsman, passed away peacefully on October 16, 2026, at the age of 65. Brian was born on November 22, 1960, in Jennings, Louisiana, and throughout his life, he remained deeply rooted in his Louisiana community.

A skilled welder for an impressive 47 years, where he earned the respect of his colleagues and made lasting friendships. He was a simple man who took pride in his work, always ready to lend a hand or share a story with those around him.

Outside of work, Brian loved the great outdoors. He cherished every moment spent fishing and hunting, tending to his garden, and caring for his beloved animals. His green thumb was matched only by his big heart-he was the type of person who would give you the shirt off his back without hesitation.

Brian cherished his family and took immense pride in being a father to his three sons; Brian "BJ" (Racheal) Trahan Jr., Garrett (Stephanie) Trahan, and Matthew (Shiane) Trahan; brothers, Steve (Wendy) Trahan and Greg (Lisa) Trahan; sisters, Cindy (Jimmy) Monceaux, Angie (Patrick) Ardoin; and his grandchildren, Ethan Trahan, Ella Trahan, Evie Trahan, Eden Trahan, and Rory Trahan, that he loved and cherished deeply.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 10:00 AM until 1:30 PM, in the Miguez Funeral Home south chapel in Jennings, LA. A rosary will be recited at 1:00 PM in the chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held the same day at 2:00 PM with Father Anil Alexander officiating at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jennings, LA.
