Brian David Conner

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Brian David Conner on February 26, 2026, in Lake Charles, LA, at the age of 56. Born on April 27, 1969, in Crowley, LA, Brian was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend who brought joy to everyone he encountered.

Brian lived a life full of passion and warmth. He worked at Kroger in Sulphur, LA, for nearly 30 years, and his friendly smile was a highlight for many customers and coworkers alike. He dedicated his life to serving others and formed connections with everyone he met-he truly never met a stranger. Brian's love for sports was well-known, and he proudly participated in the Special Olympics, where he showcased his spirited enthusiasm for competition.

Brian is survived by his mother, Rena (Ray) Arneaux; his father, Robert Conner; his brother, Ronnie (Rhonda McClean) Conner; and numerous cherished nieces and nephews, including Ashliegh, Kaleb (Jessica Rouse), Keagan (Callie Gaspard), Finnleigh, Kayson, Everly, and Kori Conner.

A public viewing will be held at Miguez Funeral Home in Jennings on Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 2:30 PM until 8:00 PM with a rosary at 6:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Sunday, March 1, 2026 beginning at 10:00 AM until the time of Service at 1:00 PM. After the service he will be laid to rest at St. Anthony Cemetery under the Direction of Miguez Funeral Home.

As we remember Brian, his spirit will always be in our hearts, and his kindness will continue to inspire us all. Rest in peace, dear Brian. You will be missed.
