Funeral services for Mrs. Belinda Kay Ortego, 56, of Jennings, will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. in the South Chapel at Miguez Funeral Home with Deacon Wayne Chapman officiating.  A burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.

Visitation for Mrs. Ortego will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the South Chapel and conclude at the 1:30 p.m. service time.

Mrs. Ortego was born on March 7, 1967, in Lake Charles to Fredrick Comeaux and Bennie Manuel Conner.  She was a homemaker and she enjoyed fishing, painting, and gambling.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Anthony Ortego; her son, Cody Comeaux of Lake Charles; a sister, Paula Conner of Jennings and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Ricky, and Michael Comeaux.
