Angela Sue Lacombe Thibodeaux

Angela "Grace Ann" Sue Lacombe Thibodeaux, born on May 24, 1960, in Jennings, LA, passed away on February 1, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Angela was a devoted wife to her husband, Gregory Thibodeaux, and a proud mother to her children, Whitnie (Cody) Durio, Lindsie (Joe Chapman) Lacombe, Joby (Shanel) Lacombe, Dustin (Chris) Thibodeaux, and Kristin Thibodeaux. She was also a beloved grandmother to her grandchildren, including Audrey Durio, Chase Durio, Caitlin Thibodeaux, Aiden Thibodeaux, Findley Chapman, Hagen Lacombe, and Amelia Lacombe. Angela is survived by her mother, Della Roche, and her sisters, Becky (Doug) Barberousse, Monica (Herbert) Hayes, Jr., and Stacey Russell, along with numerous friends and family.

Angela was preceded in death by: her father, Harold Lacombe, grandson Nash Lacombe, her first husband Tony Roy, and her brother in law, Robin Roy.

Angela was a dedicated caregiver in the medical field who loved to play cards, visit the casino, enjoy music, and spend time with her friends. She brought joy and comfort to those around her with her caring spirit.

The family will receive friends for a public viewing on February 4, 2026, starting at 2:30 PM until 8:00 PM at Miguez Funeral Home in Lake Arthur, LA. A Rosary will be held that same evening at 6:00 PM. On February 5, a family viewing will take place at 8:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM, concluding with her burial at St. Anthony Cemetery.

Pallbearers will include Clay Hayes, Jake Hayes, Eric Russell, Josh Roy, Zach Roy, and Tony Roy. Honorary pallbearers will be Fin, Hagen, and Aidan. Angela will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her family appreciates the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time.

Following the service there will be a celebration of life at Pyes Place in Lake Arthur.
